I need my pets medical records. My two dogs are out of vet and they want to charge me for vaccine. My wifes email has changed shes using mine JL 337****@***.com.

Cannot access customer service to help with my billing problem, I've tried countless telephone numbers that are listed and 1 gives a busy signal, 1 says they are in a meeting, and it just disconnects you after apologizing for not being available...and another just disconnects after you call the number.

I encountered a rude and employee named Kaitlin Seboa, supervisor at 1009 Galleria, Roseville CA. It was my first time to scan the code to get in-line, and was wondering why it does not working, I asked her politely, and told me with a sarcastic tone, its not ready yet (does it make sense?) I was silently offended and felt ashamed I was treated like that. This kind of person dont deserve to be a supervisor. Attention VIP-Petcare!

Vip Petcare - Dictating brand of heartworm meds
The paper prescription I received from VIP Petcare for heartworm medicine has a the brand name Interceptor Plus written on it and is $20.00 more than the brand I normally purchase. It's a sad day when a company writes a brand name on your dog's script. Obviously, they get a kickback from INTERCEPTOR PLUS! Shame on you Interceptor Plus and double shame on VIP Petcare for forcing their customers who are trying to save money by going to a VIP Clinic to purchase a name brand.

User's recommendation: If you go to VIP Petcare, make sure they don't write the brandname on your script OR put it in their records for the pharmacy when they call in. Also make sure they don't upsell you!

When I tried to place an order for the prescription it took 2 weeks to be informed that it was rejected. Now my dog is over a week late for her medicine.

After multiple complaints to their horrible customer service and me going in person to one of their clinics( who could not help even though the vet was present) They finally sent the updated rabies vaccination paperwork to 3 years. There was no apology, no indication...

I have to agree with everyone else on the rating-I would give a 0 if possible. Customer service is HORRIBLE.

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for someone to upgrade my 3 dogs rabies vaccines from 1 year to 3 years, Apparently 1 month late , they were due in May and I had them vaccinated in June, makes it a yearly vaccine instead of 3 years. No one helps, they are rude when you do finally speak with someone, they give you the run around and are absolutely NO HELP. Initially, I was very happy when I went and thought I would let others know about this service but I have ABSOLUTLY changed my mind and will steer all my friends and acquaintances far from this company.

Appears they are more into getting money than your pets health-Their "mission" is absolute BS-"Our mission is to provide accurate and timely support to our pets, pet parents, and team members through high-quality customer care and advocacy, building a lifelong relationship to our affordable and convenient veterinary services."
WHAT A JOKE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Preferred solution: I would like them to update my records to reflect a 3 year rabies vaccine for my dogs vs 1 year. I will lose money if not done because will need to bring them in for another vaccine next year

No real reason

I have a complaint treated rudely refused service I have been with this vet service several years I am a breeder.it wasnt the vet. He wasnt there.

I have always liked and trusted the vets. Vet wasnt there the one I had seen a few times. (Nice nice guy).

It was the helpers the girl out front doing the weighing in. She wouldnt listen nor believe me.

My 3 month English mastiff Diesel has tape worm and needed first shot I guess they charged me for it or whatever. Purpose for my previous visit (3 wks prior) was his first shot but 6 wks he said was too young ??? So waited 2 wks. And missed last wk.

the girl was rude! Would not listen demanded I was wrong wouldnt take not now for an Answere as to what I wanted I said I want to talk to vet first. I dunno. Shes a new generation.

Then she was following behind me. Leaving 3 people with pets outside. She was trying to get up to the vips set up in pet store I turned my head and said quote ( get off my heels). She goes up got this boy kid that refused seeing my dog because he claims I cussed at her I DID NOT CUSS AT HER WHAT A FIASCO !!

Now I have tape worms goin on if YOU DONT NEED MY BUSINESS Fine.

No problem. But good luck with that

I just want to address the payment situation but that was it. You don't except CareCredit. I come to you because it is cheaper and no doctor visit charge. But I won't be able to come since you don't except that. It is like a credit card

Not getting my dog vaccinations record

Vip Petcare - MY DOG IS IN PAIN

Took my 3 small dogs to the VIP Petcare community clinic in Swanee, Ga, yesterday and observed staff afraid of dogs. After eventually vaccinating the dogs and taking their blood and paying $459, I thought going home was the end of a horrible experience.

WRONG! One of my dogs, my Havapoo, has been in pain, is lethargic, won't eat, walks with her head down and tail in between her legs. She hurts on her back and sides still and it has been overnight. I WILL PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND TAKE ALL THREE DOGS IN THE FUTURE TO MY LOCAL VET.

They have never exhibited these symptoms after a vet visit in the past. The treatment received was bad.
